UXlab’s contribution, ATCOM’s Business Unit specialised in Usability & User Experience, was decisive; performing a thorough analysis including stakeholder workshops, call centre feedback and analytics from the previous system, UXlab monitored the procedures and acquired knowledge of the bank's e-banking services and the customers’ behaviour.
With such valuable input, the information and navigation architecture was created from scratch. Tree testing surveys to real users during the designing process helped validate the improvements and led to further adjustments, resulting in a modern, clean-cut, intelligible and user-friendly User Interface that enables one-click access to important sections of the website.
ATCOM’s Front-End Development team took over the technical implementation of the project, based on the latest technology of responsiveness, where the website automatically adapts to the capacity of every device and environment, thus enhancing usability. Providing optimum interaction and user experience, the new winbank enables users to have instant on the go access to their winbank accounts, easily navigate, complete transactions and make effective use of services.
