At ATCOM Next | Beyond Digital, ATCOM’s third tech fest, we explored innovative ways of skyrocketing customer experience in the retail industry, while providing essential advantage to businesses. Introducing our Experiential Product Configurator and Personalised Product Filtering installations!

Making strategic use of digital technologies into the physical space, the Experience Lab team produced two pioneering installations that transform instore customer experiences. The Experiential Product Configurator enables customers to quickly see all the available options and different prices of a product – a laptop in our case - in real time. Combining the irreplaceable tactile perception of a product and the access to every available version of it based on your specifications, regardless of the store’s stock, you get a unique, effective and exciting buying experience.

The Personalised Product Filtering is another such example; when customers need to pick a mobile phone among a large number of related products, all they need to do is use their mobile device to interact with the installation. Simply by setting their preferences on a series of product features, they can see the products best fitting to their description lighting up on the shelf!
