ATCOM and Moustakas, have been in a 10-year-long partnership for the digital transformation of the brand. In our latest work, we redesigned and replatformed the Moustakas Toys e-shop on the latest ATCOM technologies, aiming to optimise user experience, upgrade the e-commerce infrastructure and enhance the brand’s business value.

Our Strategy and Experience experts teamed up, to outline the roadmap for the radical upgrade of Moustakas’s digital commerce hub. Following a thorough UX review, a new information architecture was decided, and we adopted an updated customer experience strategy, intended specifically for the redesigned site.

Particular focus was placed on the site’s technical implementation, which consisted of the replatforming on the 6th version of Netvolution, our award-winning platform for digital applications.

The new moustakastoys.gr:

  • is effective as an e-commerce channel, supporting sophisticated interconnections with third parties – including the newly-established integration with the brand’s loyalty system. This holds a significant importance, as it provided online shoppers with access to offers that, up until now, were available exclusively in physical stores
  • is faster than ever, through our optimisation and caching services
  • has unrivalled performance and stability at all times
  • offers a complete suite of tools and functionalities to site administrators, to facilitate e-commerce management
  • is future-proof and scalable, to support the brand’s evolving commercial strategy
