During ATCOM's second Next event, ATCOM Next | Beyond Paranoid, we showcased exactly how top-notch technology can take ideas from theory to practice, developing a virtual retail ecosystem based on novel digital technologies.
The goal for retailers is to create 360° customer experiences that turn consumers into clients that return for smarter, convenient and more personalised shopping.
In an effort to provide more personalised experiences and ultimately improve customer satisfaction, we used Bluetooth Low Energy beacons to set up a proximity-based network that relied on detection and bluetooth interaction to track customer behaviour and provide improved, personalised customer experiences and valuable business insights.
