Autohellas Hertz, a member of Th. Vassilakis Group and a leader in the Automotive Industry, collaborated once again with ATCOM to create a new Hertz Mobile Application for drivers and new customers, aiming to upgrade the company’s services, increase brand engagement, attract new customers, and drive loyalty.

Our strategy was built in alignment with the company’s strategic objective to maximise its competitive advantage through digital products that provide superior customer experiences. The app offers convenient and speedy access to custom mobility solutions and services, embodying an “All in One” character with a dual purpose, as it:

  • is the official companion mobile app for drivers, providing essential tools and information for daily use
  • features an advanced infrastructure that supports the interconnection with Hertz’s Leasing Tool, which simplifies decisively the leasing process

Our Experience and Technology teams collaborated to create a mobile app that meets both business and customer needs. For customers, the app offers a seamless, user-friendly booking experience with personalised services and digital tools to automate procedures, enhancing their overall experience. For the business, the app is crucial in increasing conversions and brand awareness. At the same time, it generates valuable insights into customer behaviour and booking patterns, enabling informed and strategic decision-making. Ultimately, the app helps Hertz establish itself as an expert in the e-mobility field.
