Within the digital transformation of Gregory’s and the creation of a new e-ordering system, ATCOM conceptualised and implemented a mobile application to further facilitate users wishing to make an online order.

Fully aligned with business objectives and corporate philosophy, ATCOM devised the digital transformation strategy based on the creation of two distinct entities. The new Gregory’s e-order mobile app complements the e-ordering website of the company. Built on ATCOM’s TAPvolution framework under the principles of material design, the app is consistent with the website’s style and is fully interconnected with it, maintaining its complete functionality as a product catalogue and e-shop.

Achieving optimal integration with third-party systems and high performance across devices, the Gregory’s e-order app combines technical brilliance with visual appeal; with a fresh and youthful look and feel that fully reflects the company’s approachable character.

The usability of the entire e-ordering system is ensured by the carefully planned information architecture and overall ease of navigation, with great care placed on the incorporation of personalisation elements; favourites, order history, one-click reorder of “the usual”, to name a few.
