DIATROFI, the Program on Food Aid and Promotion of healthy Nutrition by the Prolepsis Institute, is supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation. DIATROFI covers the need for food aid that has emerged in the years following the crisis, by providing students with daily nutritious meals, while encouraging the adoption of healthy eating habits.
ATCOM, inspired by the institute's mission and fully supporting its cause, designed and developed the official DIATROFI website.
The design approach, fulfilled by Mindworks, was based on a fresh look and feel that renders the website's content attractive and readable. The extensive use of powerful photography, combined with illustrations and videos over light-coloured backgrounds, help make the message of the program loud and clear.
The DIATROFI website manages to raise awareness on nutrition needs and food aid, invites users to familiarise with the program and its actions and guides every visitor wishing to contribute, in a straightforward and convenient way, integrating multiple payment methods for the donations..
