Aim to address the needs and to deliver a high-performing, user-centric platform that enhances the overall experience, the app supports the Forum’s scale, and enables seamless access to information, networking, and real-time interaction throughout the four-day event. Built with a focus on functionality, personalization, and performance, the application served as a central platform for information, real-time updates, and meaningful networking opportunities.

Key features included:

Comprehensive Agenda Navigation: Attendees could browse sessions across all forum days and venues, filtering by date, topic, or speaker, with a persistent date selector enhancing usability across views.
Live Notifications & Dynamic Updates: A robust push notification system allowed users to receive essential real-time alerts — such as last-minute changes, delays, or announcements — designed for relevance, not interruption.
Smart Networking Tools: Users can share a digital business card with other attendees, enabling frictionless, on-site contact exchange directly to their personal devices.
Personalized Experience: By saving favorite sessions and speakers, users enjoyed a tailored content journey, streamlined to their interests.

With a smooth, intuitive interface and clearly defined navigation paths, the app ensured every user could quickly access the most relevant information — when and where they needed it.
