AVIN Oil, wishing to facilitate customers and render its services direct, accessible and personalised, decided to upgrade the "AVIN Kerdizo" loyalty programme. Choosing ATCOM as a strategic partner, AVIN Oil proceeded to the creation of a loyalty mobile application that enhances and rewards the purchasing behaviour of AVIN gas stations’ customers.
Fully aligned with business objectives and corporate philosophy, ATCOM devised the strategy that would best address both the needs of the company and its customers, within the context of a full business transformation plan.
The new AVIN Kerdizo mobile application includes and showcases the innovative functionality of the loyalty programme, acting as the main point of interaction with AVIN users. Enabling users to either register their physical card, or issue a new digital card, the app provides total control over members’ transactions and overall activity, information about sales and offers, point collection and redemption.
With a fresh creative approach, ATCOM’s Creative Department adopted an intuitive design with material elements and friendly look and feel, focusing on user experience and usability, featuring a well-structured information architecture and high findability that provides effortless navigation.
ATCOM’s Mobile Department built the application on TAPvolution, ATCOM’s development framework for mobile native applications, incorporating novel features such as advanced filters, instant point redemption at the physical AVIN stations, useful maps and a smart route planner. Aiming to address every user as an individual, the app shares updates for rewards based on the collected points and e-coupons, while being in constant communication with customers.
The new AVIN Kerdizo App is here to make the AVIN loyalty programme even more direct and accessible, eliminating for cardholders the need of a physical card and extending its services at their fingertips.
